<br />Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I807. Amount of contract AII,452.08. construct
<br />ion Bond for 100% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding o.
<br />The Albert construction Co., for the pavement on Sheridan Avenue
<br />from the south line of Division Street to the North line of Huron Street except fhem
<br />South line of illey South of Division Street South 82 feet; ALSO Huron Street frpm
<br />Wiest line of Ist., alley East of Sheridan Avenue to East line of Albert Avenue under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I808. Amount of contract $I3,I03,65. Construction Bond for
<br />I00% of the contract price signed by the Inland Bonding 00.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, submitted rartial estimate No. I
<br />for the F irview, Irvington, Eckman and Marine Street Sewer according to the contract
<br />between tie City and the Northern Indiana construction Co., under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.I784. Board approved same in the amount of 4,381.00.
<br />The Board approved the Petition of the Colpeart Realty Co., for
<br />59 Boulevard Lights, on Division Street Gladstone, Edison, Albert and Sheridan Streets
<br />same to be turned on August Ist., 1927. The olpeart Realty Co., agree to pay for i
<br />the installation and fixtures and the city will maintain said lights.
<br />In the matter of condemnation Resolution No.I793 for the opening''
<br />of Bulla Street from Portage Avenue to MLedora Street, the Board finds capons investigati�lon
<br />that the district as described in the resolution for this condemnation No.I793, is 1
<br />not properly bounded and thereupon decides to rescind all former action taken on said
<br />condemnation resolution, adopted April 5th., 1927, and declares same null and void.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. pray, filed plans, specifications and
<br />estimates and the Board adopted the f ol lowing -improvement resolutions: !�
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I84I for the pavement on Tecumseh Street
<br />from the North curb line of Vlakewa Avenue to South curb line of Parkovash Avenue.

<br />Improvement Resolution No.I847 for the construction of grade,
<br />curb and walk on Main Street from Woodside Street to Dean Avenue. ( See files for c'opyj

<br />In all of the above named resolutions, the Board hereby orders
<br />that on the Ist., day of June, 1927, at 7-I5 P. M., this Board will meet at it's offic'
<br />in the City Hall to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
<br />is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits j
<br />to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the
<br />estimated cost of same. Board further orders that notices of said hearings be published
<br />in the South Bend News Times and Tribune on the I3th., day of May and on the 20th..,
<br />(� day of May, 1927, and that notices be mailed to property owners according to lane.
