Board approved same in the amount of 4,381.00. <br />The Board approved the Petition of the Colpeart Realty Co., for <br />59 Boulevard Lights, on Division Street Gladstone, Edison, Albert and Sheridan Streets <br />same to be turned on August Ist., 1927. The olpeart Realty Co., agree to pay for i <br />the installation and fixtures and the city will maintain said lights. <br />In the matter of condemnation Resolution No.I793 for the opening'' <br />of Bulla Street from Portage Avenue to MLedora Street, the Board finds capons investigati�lon <br />that the district as described in the resolution for this condemnation No.I793, is 1 <br />not properly bounded and thereupon decides to rescind all former action taken on said <br />condemnation resolution, adopted April 5th., 1927, and declares same null and void. <br />City Engineer, Mr. H. M., this Board will meet at it's offic' <br />in the City Hall to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property <br />is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits j <br />to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the <br />estimated cost of same. Board further orders that notices of said hearings be published <br />in the South Bend News Times and Tribune on the I3th., day of May and on the 20th.., <br />(� day of May, 1927, and that notices be mailed to property owners according to lane. <br />City Engineer, Mr. H.
