Chamberlain and Ruth Chamberlain <br />William 0. Davies and Hannah Davies <br />Fred Lobough and Sophie Lobough <br />Twyckenham Land and Investment Co. <br />laron Jones, by W. A. Slick, attorney. <br />The New York Central Rail Way Company remonstrated but no written <br />remonstrance was filed. After hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll <br />and giving due consideration to all verbal and written remonstrances, the Board instructs <br />the engineer to modify said roll in the foll owing'respects: <br />I. Deduct from area of benefited district, areas for all streets and all <br />in plats filed with the Board as of May 25th. , I927. <br />2. Deduct from area of benefited district, a forty foot width for Ernspe' <br />ger Street from Ewing Avenue to the Southern boundary line of said benefited district. <br />3. Deduct from area of benefited district, a forty foot width for Donmoy? <br />er Street from the east line of the Twyckenham Land & Investment Co.Ts.property to <br />Ernsperger Street. t. <br />4. Make any other adjustments within._.:-- benefited district relating to to <br />areas that heretofore were erroneously computed. uniformily <br />5. Cokpute the estimated cost of an adequate subt.runk sewer andKapportiol <br />this cost as a credit to such property lying witYiiNthe benefited district which is now <br />unable to utilize the South-east Trunk Sewer except through such subtrunk extension. <br />6. Amount of credit thins applied as aforesaid to be charged uniformily <br />over balance of benefited dis1,riet. <br />Board further orders that a hearing on this modified assessment roll <br />will be hand on the I5th., day of June, I927, at 7-I5 P.M. <br />City Engineer, Tyr. H. G. dray, filed plans and the Board adopted a <br />resolution for the opening of Bulla Street from Portage Avenue to Medor6 Street and <br />also between the alley west of Medora Street and Adams Street under Condemnation <br />Resolution No.I844. <br />In the ab oVe matter, the Board hereby orders that on the 22nd. , day <br />of June, 1927, this Board will meet in the office at the Pity Hall at 7-I5 P. M., <br />to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to be <br />affected by said proceedings.
