<br />Improvement Resolution No.I838, the Board hereby orders that
<br />the contract for said improvement be awarded to the Northern Indiana Construction
<br />Co., a t their low bid of :�I,733.00.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, dubmitted the following partial estimates:
<br />Pattial estimate No.2 for the pipe sewer improvement on Gladstone Avenue,
<br />Sheridan Avenue and alley south of Division Street in Belleville 3rd., Unit Addition
<br />in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and the Northern
<br />Indiana Construction Co., under Improvement'Resolution No,1785. Board signed and
<br />approved same in the amount of $2,742.6I.
<br />Partial estimate No.I for the sewer improvement on Bryan Street in accordanc
<br />with the tens of the contract between the City and John F. Hipskind under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.I782. Board signed and approved same in the amount of $2,3I7.90.
<br />i' Partial estimate No.I for the pipe sewer Improvement in Sherman Avenue
<br />from the center line of Kinyon Street to the St. Joseph River under Improvement
<br />Resolution No. 1771, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City
<br />and John F. Hipskind, Contractor. Board signed and approved same in the amount of
<br />I I,592.37.
<br />City Engineer, R . H. G. Wray, y, filed the primary assessment roll for the
<br />grade and walk improvement on the east side of Eddy Street from Bonson Street to the
<br />G„and Trunk Railway under Improvement Resolution No.1599. r
<br />In the above matter, the Board hereby orders, that on the I Ith. , day of
<br />May, 1927, this Board at it's office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M., will meet to
<br />hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed
<br />for said improvement and will decide whether he sev8ral lots and parcels of land
<br />have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on: said roll or in a greater
<br />or less amount.
<br />The Board signed the contract for the construction of grade, curb, walk
<br />and pavement on Fairview Avenue, Irvington Avenue and Eckman Street from Marine to
