<br />first alley south of Jefferson Blvd.., from St. Joseph Street to alley east of St.
<br />Joseph Street Lmder Improvement resolution No.I757, and the property owners having
<br />waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings, the
<br />Board this 20th., day of October I926, hereby, awards the contract for said improveme
<br />to Hoban & Roach at their low bid of 697.00.

<br />of McKinley Street, under Improvement resolution No.I742, the Board this 20th., day
<br />of October, I926, hereby makes a preliminary order for sheet asphalt as the time of
<br />pavement with which said street shall be improved and sets the 3,td. , day of November
<br />I9260 as the time when said Board shall either pass on petitions for changing the
<br />type of pavement other than that ordered in the preliminary award, award the contract
<br />or reject all bids. Board hereby awards the contract for said improvement to the
