<br />In all of the above assessment rolls, the Board hereby decides that
<br />on the-20th., day of October, I926, at 7-I5 P. M., this Board at it's office in the
<br />City Hall, will hear and receive remonstrances -from all persons whose property has
<br />been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the lots' -or parcels 'of land
<br />have been or will be benefited in the amounts as shown on said rolls. Board further.
<br />orders that notices of said hearing be published on t he 15th.., day of October and on,.:
<br />the I6th., day of October, 1926, in the News -Times and Tribune. Notices of hearing
<br />to be mailed to property owners as'previously ordered.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G.111ray, filed plans and specifications and .the
<br />Board adopted the following improvement resolutions:
<br />Pavement of the first alley east of Tecumseh Avenue from Pokagon
<br />Street south and east to second alley east of Tecumseh Avenue under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.1754.
<br />Pavement on Lafayette Street -from the north line of the alley north
<br />of North Shore Drive to the south line of Marquette Avenue under Improvement
<br />i Resolution No.I755.
<br />In both of the above matters, the Board hereby orders that on the
<br />3rd., day of Novemeber, I926, this Board at it's office in the City Hall will meet
<br />to hear and receive remonstrances fnom all persons *hose 'propsrty W:Lll-'be: affected
<br />j by said proceedings. Board further orders' that notices of said- hearing be published
<br />in the News Times and Tribune on the I5th., day of October and on the 22nd., day of
<br />8ptober, I926, and mail notices be sent to all property owners according to law.

<br />The Board approved the contractors bond for I,000.00 for Camiel VanDen'.

<br />Henry House.

<br />Improvement Resolution No.I668. Board approved and signed Mme in the amount of
<br />I3p835.75.
<br />Partial estimate No.3 for the pavement, rade, curb and walk improve
<br />ment on Longfellow Avenue from Mishawaka Avenue to south treet in a cc rdance with the
<br />terms of the contract between the City and The W iliston Construction �o., under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I667. Board approved and signed same in the amount of
<br />II,98I.28.
<br />Partial Estimate N_o.I for the grade, curb a nd walk improvement on
<br />Sunnyside Avenue from ou h Street to Longfellow Avenue in accordance with the terms of
<br />the contract between the ity and Harry N. Barnes, under -Improvement Resolution No.T729
<br />Board approved and signed same in the amount of I.906.15.

<br />Grant Street from Indiana Avenue to Lelaware Street in accordance with the terms of the:
