<br />Resolution No.1656. In the above matter, the Board hereby orders, that on the I3th. , day of October,
<br />• I926, this Board at itts office in the City Hall, will hear and receive remonstrances
<br />from, all persons whose property has beena-ssessed on said roll and will decide whether
<br />the lots o parcels of land so assessed on said roll -have- been or will be benefited
<br />in the amounts' as- shown `,on -the roll.

<br />Board met in regular session at .7-I5 P. PfT. All members present.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment' roll for- the pipe'- .
<br />sewer on Cedar Street from 11% L. North Sunnyside Addition to Harriett Street under
<br />improvement resolution No.I656.
<br />In the above matter,-yr. Walter McInerny appeared in the interest of the
<br />Securities Investment Co., and the Board decides to continue hearing until October
<br />24th.2. I926.
<br />This being the date set, hearings were had. on the. following Assessment rolls:
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the first alley between Monroe - Street and
<br />South Street from-Yiehigan. Street to the alley East of Mic)Aigan Street. under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I548.
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Roberts Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Ruskirl
<br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.I608.
<br />In both of the above matters, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
<br />was filed and the Board, being fulling advised in the premises, find `that -the lots
<br />and ra reels of land assessed on said rolls have been henefi.ted in the amounts shown
<br />on said rolls. The Board therefore, decides to sustain all former action on said .
<br />resolutions, and declares said rolls, filed October 5th., 1926, in .all 'things ratified
<br />confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed.
<br />This being the date set, hearingw as had on the assessment roll for the pavement
<br />on Oakland Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Northside Boulevard under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.I66I.
<br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was
<br />filed, and the Board being fully advised in the matter, finds that the lots and parcel
<br />of land assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the amounts as shown"on
<br />said roll. Therefore, 'the Board decides to sustain all former action on - said'. resolutio
<br />and declares said roll, filed October 6th., I9263, in all things ratified, confirmed
<br />and approved and the proceedings closed,
