Pike, Assistant <br />City Engineer, filed plans and specifications and the Bo and adopted the following <br />improvement resolutions: <br />Sewer on Donmoyer Avenue from Michigan Street to Fellows Street under <br />Improvement Resolution No.I756. <br />Pavement of the first alley South of Jefferson Blvd., from St. Joseph Street <br />to the first alley East of St. Joseph Street under Improvement Resolution No.I757. <br />In the matter of the improvement resolution No.2756 for the construction of <br />a sewer on Donmoyer Avenue From Michigan Street to Fellows Street, the Board hereby <br />orders that on the IOth., day of November, I926, this Board, at it's office in the <br />City Hall will meet to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property <br />is affected by said resolution. Board further orders that notice of said hearing be <br />published on the 22nd... day of October and on the 29th., day of October, I926,`in <br />the News Times and South Bend Tribune. Board further orders that notices of said <br />resolution be also given to property owners according to law. <br />In the matter of the pavement of the first alley south. of Jefferson Blvd., <br />from St. Joseph Street to the f irst alley East of St. Joseph °Street, the property <br />owners waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in the proceedings -of <br />said resolution.
