Pike, Assistant City Engineer, filed plans and specifications and the Bo and adopted the following improvement resolutions: Sewer on Donmoyer Avenue from Michigan Street to Fellows Street under Improvement Resolution No.I756. Pavement of the first alley South of Jefferson Blvd., from St. Joseph Street to the first alley East of St. Joseph Street under Improvement Resolution No.I757. In the matter of the improvement resolution No.2756 for the construction of a sewer on Donmoyer Avenue From Michigan Street to Fellows Street, the Board hereby orders that on the IOth., day of November, I926, this Board, at it's office in the City Hall will meet to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is affected by said resolution. Board further orders that notice of said hearing be published on the 22nd... day of October and on the 29th., day of October, I926,`in the News Times and South Bend Tribune. Board further orders that notices of said resolution be also given to property owners according to law. In the matter of the pavement of the first alley south. of Jefferson Blvd., from St. Joseph Street to the f irst alley East of St. Joseph °Street, the property owners waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in the proceedings -of said resolution. Therefore the Board received, opened and considered sealed proposals for the pavement of said alley as follows: Hoban & Roach I.90 Carl Zimmer 2,22 E. T.
