Pre -launch quality assurance testing, including • All functionality (links, forms, site search, etc,) • Crass -browser testing of recent versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and IInternet Explorer based on website analytics • Review of target devices and screen sizes based on website analytics • After feedback is gathered and analyzed, Pathfinders will remedy functionality and minor user -experience issues discovered during testing Once the website has launched, up to four (4) hours of CMS training from a Pathfinders development team member will be provided to Client staff members • A brief written guide will be provided that covers the basics of how to perform Ongoing Maintenance Tasks as described in the Extended Website Maintenance section of this document • This is includes specific training for distributed editors • Any further documentation will require a separate scope of work.
