-resting and Go-L.ive Activities 9., Product <br />Product Testin <br />All testing will be conducted in the TrainingtTesting environment. The Training[Testing environment will <br />be refreshed periodically as requiired throughout the testing period. <br />S,&S Responsibilities <br />S&S will complete unit testing for product modifications and interfaces. <br />S&S will deliver a Test Plan. Details of this plan include a description, roles and responsibilities and an <br />execution plan for the testing. S&S will also provide the Customer with customer business process test <br />case examples and our standard test case template to help the Customer create their business process <br />,and interface test cases for system testing. Test cases will be created in SpiraTest. S&S and the <br />Customer will map the functioinall requirements to these test cases. <br />As testingi issues are identified, S&S will report issues in a timely manner and in, writing. S&S will log and <br />track MI testing issues in both SpiraTest and Test Track Pro (TTP). <br />Simulation <br />The Customer will initiate a Simulation Go -,Live to take place prior to the actual Go -Live weekend. This <br />simulation will provide a 'dry -run' of the Go -Live activities., The Customer will lead, manage the project <br />and execute the testing activities for Simulation. The Customer is, responsible for testing all business <br />processes, including interfaces, during Simulation. S&S will participate by aiding in the Project <br />Management and responding to and resolving issues. S&S will support the Simulation activity, remotely, <br />from Vermont during normal business hours. <br />Go -Live <br />"Go Live" indicates the date on which the Application Software, is operating in a production environment <br />at the Customer's primary place of business. The S&S PM will lead the Go -Live activities and is <br />responsible for developing and executing the Cutover Plan which details the activities and sequence of <br />events to take place leading up to the Go -Live. <br />no] <br />
