Design Phase <br />The purpose of the Design phase is to identify how the complete training program meets the needs <br />identified in Analysis phase. The design requirements for all training materials affected', by the Analysis <br />phase are defined, including customizations purchased by the Customer. <br />During this phase, the User/Training Matrix is completed and is used to design a training schedule for <br />each of the training programs including: <br />9 Project Team Training <br />• End User Training <br />Classroom set up should accommodate a minimum of 10 individual workstations, and class size shall not <br />exceed 15 participants per session. <br />Development Phase <br />The purpose of the Development phase is to produce the training materials needed to support the <br />Implementation phase. Training programs will utilize standard training materials; however these <br />materials are tailored as necessary to reflect the business processes identified during the Business <br />Process Analysis phase, of the implementation. <br />Implementation Phase <br />During the Implementation phase, we deliver all training materials created in the Development phase. <br />The comprehensive training program is delivered by our trainers, using a synchronous approach <br />including: <br />• [instructor -de livered classroom training <br />a Hands-on lab exercises during classroom training <br />• Distance learning technologies (WebEx) <br />Our classroom training approach is scenario -based, hands-on, and perform anice-based with objectives <br />that drive the content. Hands-on exercises provide practice that mirrors the objectives for the most <br />beneficial learning outcomes. <br />Evaluate Phase <br />The success of your training experience is based upon the participant's performance during and after the <br />training program. Objectives are defined and communicated at the be,ginining of each training session. <br />The participants have specific and measurable goals to reach throughout each course. <br />The instructor monitors the participants' proficiency in lab exercises and class participation to ensure the <br />training objectives are attained. The skills of each user are measured through hands-on lab exercises. <br />Based on your team's proficiency, we may identify areas where remedial training is required. <br />Additional Training Resources: <br />401 <br />
