It is expected that only current client <br />PCs that access en,Questa will be used to access the enQuesta Query Layer. <br />�� �� . �� Review <br />��, u���������� Process o ������ew <br />Business Process Review Goal <br />The goal ofthe business process review |ohoalign the Customer's business processes with the <br />enQuesta standard workflows. There will be an enQuesta standard workflow review period with S&S <br />and the Customer tnpresent the Customer with the en(Jueata standard workflows and conduct agap <br />analysis to identify any gaps in key business processes that may require re -configuration or system <br />modification, <br />The adaptation of onQuenhn standard workflow does not require system modifications. System <br />modifications will beimplemented only aoidentified innegotiations and/ orupon customer request and if <br />the appropriate change order has been approved byboth parties. <br />S&S will document those modifications for each process flow in the Business Requirement documents. <br />The Customer must sign -off on the Business Requirement document(s) before any new modifications or <br />interfaces are developed. <br />Customer Responsibilities <br />The Customer will need toprovide S&Swith business process flow charts and additional documentation <br />on their business critical utility business practices (e.g.' rate charters, local/state laws and regulations <br />that govern business prauboes, internal training mmabarim|e, etc.). S&SvvU| use this information to prepare <br />for the gap analysis against the onQuostestmndlmrdwmrkUowm. <br />The Customer will need to provide resource availability in the appropriate business process areas (e.g., <br />Bi||ing, Customer Serviue, Cash, Credit and Collections, New Servioea, Meter N1ana0ement, etc.) to <br />review Customer utility business process with S&S personnel during the gap analysis against the <br />mn(Juestostandard workflows. <br />The Customer will need touse nnQoesta standard report documentation tomap existing reports inthe <br />legacy system toenC)u*obastandard reports. <br />S&S Responsibilities <br />G&Swill conduct a discovery session with the Customer to review their business process requirements, <br />existing processes and requests tochange orimprove business processes. <br />S&S will then present and review the proposed enQuesta workflows (using standard configuration where <br />possible) in ediscussion format with the Customer. <br />S&S will provide the Customer with standard nnC)umotm report documentation on the canned reports <br />included with the base system. <br />
