the S&S Implementation Team until such time as this project closes and services are transiti'oned to the <br />Support Desk. <br />S&S will assign an Executive Sponsor for the duration of this project. We also recommend that South <br />Bend assigns an Executive Sponsor. This ensures the needs of all parties are being met. Executive <br />Sponsors shall interact and/or meet on a mutually agreed upon basis and may engage on any type of <br />issue. <br />The graphiic below illustrates one potential team structure for this project. Final named resources will be <br />determined by South Bend and S&S during contract negotiations. <br />01 <br />
