Communication Management is the responsibility of the S&S Project Manager and Project Management <br />team. At the beginning of the implementation, the S&S RIM will work with the Customer PM to develop a <br />Communication Plan. The purpose of this document is to ensure that accurate information is <br />communicated to the right audience in an, efficient andl timely manner. <br />Issue Management <br />Issue Management is the responsibility of S&S' PM as it relates to S&SlenQuesta project issues. Issues <br />will be tracked using a combination of SpiraTest, MS Sharepolint, and Test Track Pro (TTP), S&S' in- <br />house issue management tool. Issues will be tracked and a log wiIi be created summarizing the status of all outstanding <br />issues. It is the S&S PM's iresponsibiliity to communicate the status and progress of issues to the <br />respective parties on a regular basis. <br />In cases where a resolution path cannot be agreed upon or identified between the Project Managers, the <br />issue would be escalated to the Executive Sponsors for resolution. <br />When an issue has been analyzed and it is determined that the solution requires a change in scope, the <br />issue will be escalated to the Change Control Process. <br />Relationship Management <br />Relationship Management is the responsibility of the PMO and respective Project Managers. The S&S <br />PM will serve as the central point of contact for all/ Customer project -related needs. The S&S PM is <br />responsible for managing the project to the deliverables specified in the Statement of Work and contract <br />documents. Implementation issues are, the responsibility of the S&S Project Manager, and supported by <br />28 <br />
