Each PM <br />is responsible for the oversight and management of the project team members from their naapeobwa <br />organizations which may inciude employees, contracted consultants and vendors. <br />TheS&8 PK4will manage S&O resources; the Customer PKQvwiU manage Customer resources and its <br />third party vendors. <br />At no time shall S&8 become involved with the oversight orscheduling of Customer resources or the <br />Customer's third party vendors. <br />It is the responsibility ofeach PM to, ensure proper resources are available as scheduled in the project <br />plan. This includes, but is not limited to, attendance in training sessions, team meetings, and conference <br />calls with third: parties, as well as participation in analysis, testing, and aIll other project tasks. <br />Changes tothe project timeline orthe project plan due tothe Customer and/or the Customer's third party <br />vendors may result inachange ofscope and besubject toChange Order. <br />Communication Management <br />27 <br />
