This committee should represent
the various business interests of the City. This group should be
prepared to meet for at least 2 hours on a monthly basis for the
duration of the project. The SMEs should have 5* years of
experience with the City.
One Test Manager would be responsible for coordinating the City's
testing efforts, inputs, outputs and follow-up for NorthStar, custom
modifications and interfaces. The Test Manager would work with
the City's Project Manager to develop testing plans and cases, and
to ensure that testing exceptions are documented, addressed, re-
tested and resolved to the City's satisfaction. The Test Manager
should have 1+ years of Test Management experience.
__..------------- --- --
Two to Four testers are recommended from different business
areas during the Solution Validation phase to participate in testing
the system, reports and business processes on a part-time or full-
time basis depending on operational requirements.
