IT Technical Contact <br />Legacy System Analyst / <br />Developer <br />Change Management <br />Champion <br />Trainer <br />NORTHISTAW <br />have 1+ years of experience at the City and 5+ years of general <br />industry knowledge. <br />Technical experts in the areas of the City's computing environment, <br />database and network are suggested. There are key periods when <br />the IT personnel will be fully involved in the project such as during <br />installation and configuration and Go -Live activities, and other <br />periods when they will not be involved at all. The City should plan <br />to have IT personnel on this project for each of the major IT areas <br />(servers and operating system, network, databases) available on an <br />"as -required" basis. The IT technical experts should have 5+ years <br />of IT experience and 2+ years with the City's technology <br />environment. <br />One Legacy System Analyst/Developer is suggested to assist with <br />the Source extraction and analysis through the conversion activities. <br />The Legacy Database Analyst and Extraction Programmer will be <br />required primarily during the Solution Definition phase to define <br />conversion requirements/mapping and to assist in the resolution of <br />issues identified during the Solution Validation phase. The Legacy <br />System Analyst/Developer should have 5+ years of experience with <br />the Legacy Application. <br />_.._. _......_ . . _.._.. _ _... ._._....... ..... . <br />One resource should be dedicated almost full-time to ensure that <br />the City is prepared and ready for the changes resulting from the <br />roll -out and implementation of the NorthStar CIS solution from a <br />people and process perspective. The Change Management <br />Champion should be a Senior Manager with 10+ years of experience <br />in a management role. <br />The number of resources the City believes is appropriate to train <br />the end users within the organization. This number is typically <br />correlated to the number of groups within the organization that <br />require training.
