Morris Kelly <br />Jennifer Dexter <br />NORT'H(sTAR"' <br />meetings and project meetings with the CITY. <br />Responsible for ensuring a level of consistency on project <br />deliverables, ensuring that the application is properly <br />tested prior to the CITY's testing activities, and validating <br />the accuracy of the business process based on the design <br />and configuration definitions. <br />Quality Assurance is an important part of our Research and <br />Development process. NorthStar is continually improving its <br />quality assurance process and methodology to ensure that <br />only high quality releases are delivered to our valued <br />customers. Our quality process has recently been <br />supplemented by test automation that is aimed at delivering <br />feedback about defects that are introduced during the <br />development cycle so that they can be corrected before the <br />code is released. We are rapidly expanding our suite of <br />automated test cases so that broader test coverage can be <br />achieved quickly and efficiently. <br />Senior Leads the discovery, requirements gathering and other core <br />Solution business process definition activities. Works closely with <br />Architect the CITY's business process experts and the Application <br />Consultant to ensure that the business requirements are <br />accurately captured and that the designed solution meets <br />the CITY's business needs. <br />Rimi Tribble Solution <br />Architect <br />Technical <br />Architect <br />Has in-depth knowledge of the modules and uses this <br />knowledge as the basis for the configuration of the solution <br />based on the CITY's business requirements. Participates <br />and in some cases leads many of the requirements and <br />configuration project activities. Works closely with the <br />Business Consultant. Delivers training sessions to the CITY's <br />team and targeted user community. Works with the CITY's <br />business team to develop the training approach. <br />Designs and executes the data conversion from the CITY's <br />existing system to the NorthStar solution. Works closely <br />with the technical and business team to ensure that data is <br />properly prepared for conversion, that the data mapping is <br />accurate and reflects business requirements, and that <br />conversion programs will properly execute the transfer of <br />data. <br />Responsible for the technical design and development of <br />any application modifications. Works closely with the <br />Application Consultant and the Business Consultant to <br />ensure that modifications meet the business needs. <br />Responsible for the technical design and development of all <br />integration points required to integrate the NorthStar <br />application in the CITY's environment. Works closely with <br />the Application Consultant, Business Consultant and the <br />CITY's team to ensure that the design of the required <br />NorthStar Proposal Response — South Bend Indiana <br />
