NORTHISTAR- <br />during a three year consulting position with Hydro Ottawa where she began by helping the utility implement <br />regulatory compliant processes and procedures and ended with assisting in the selection and conversion to <br />their current CIS system. <br />Since joining NorthStar as a Senior Business Consultant in 2005, Jennifer has been responsible for <br />successfully implementing many of our largest and most intricate clients and has been a key mentor to <br />junior resources and a valuable collaborator with all other NorthStar departments. <br />Rimi Tribble — Solution Architect <br />Rimi joined Harris Computer Systems in 1998 after working for over 13 years at Morrisville Water & Light <br />Department in Morrisville, VT. During her time there, Rimi was responsible for all aspects of utility <br />operations, which included accounts payable, inventory, billing, cashiering, customer service, dispatching, <br />bookkeeping, job costing, statistical and audit reporting on Harris CSI. <br />After joining Harris, Rimi became the dedicated resource at Wisconsin Public Power Inc. (WPPI) and was <br />responsible for the implementation, training and support for 28 sites. <br />Rob McRae —Technical Architect <br />Robert McRae has been a Senior Technical Consultant with NorthStar Utilities Solutions since 2002. Since <br />joining NorthStar, Rob has been involved in a number of our larger implementations both within Ontario <br />and within the US. Rob has a very clear communication style that allows him to express technical <br />information to customers and business resources in a non -technical manner. <br />Rob's major responsibilities while working for NorthStar include the delivery of all data conversion activities, <br />interface design, development and implementation, custom modification design, development and <br />implementation, on -site implementation support and consulting services related to the implementation of <br />the NorthStar Utility Billing Customer Information System. <br />5.3 Expected Level of Involvement from Project Teams <br />The following matrix provides an overall view of the phases that the NorthStar resources will be involved <br />and their expected level of involvement. <br />NorthStar Proposal Response — South Bend Indiana <br />
