NORTHISTAR- Brad Robeson — VP Professional Services Brad has an extensive background in Services having managed both Client Services and Professional Services organizations since 2000. Brad has built, developed and coached services teams on best practices, introduced operational standards, and has created and introduced delivery models for consulting and support teams throughout Canada, the United States and Europe. Brad's key strengths include: • An innovative senior leader and respected manager • Proven hands-on program management, account management and team development skills. • Strong operations background combined with solid financial management skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fostered in a team -based environment. • Lengthy Professional Services and Operations leadership experience including: o the implementation of Enterprise COTS or Turn -Key software products for organizations of all sizes o the implementation of internal systems for reporting and management including ERP and CRM solutions. Project, departmental and organizational reporting on revenue forecasting, margin, resource allocation and utilization. o enterprise programs for diverse organizations ranging from large federal and provincial/territorial governments, private sector companies, and not -for -profit organizations Jeff Lewis— Project Manager Jeff Lewis has been with Harris Computer Systems for six years. He has been in the role of Project manager for the past three having previously been a controller and cost analyst. Jeff has earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing at Saint Mary's University. Jeff has overseen countless projects to success at NorthStar and continues to lead the Professional Services Team in his management role there. Morris Kelly — CIA Lead Morris is a contractor with NorthStar Utilities employed as an Application Consultant. Morris began this role in June, 2012. Prior to this time he was employed with the Clayton City Water Authority in Morrow, Georgia for 43 years. His experience over the course of this tenure helped guide the evaluation and implementation of projects for applications and services that provided improved customer service. His knowledge of process flow helped guide the successful implementations of these projects. He brings good communication skills and rapport with customers. Jennifer Dexter — Senior Solution Architect — Manager of Solution Architecture Jennifer works out of our Head Office in Ottawa, ON. Jennifer initially became involved in utility -related businesses when she joined Union Energy in 1997 as part of the start-up I.T. department, and assisting with the conversion of millions of gas accounts.
