At the end of the project, the Project Manager will review the deliverables
of the SOW with the customer to ensure that all obligations have been met.
Most of the NorthStar projects are of fixed price —the Project Manager works to maintain the scope, effort
and timeline within the budgeted hours and cost. The Project Manager will work with the customer to
ensure the Acceptance Criteria for a deliverable has been approved before an invoice is issued and will follow
up on any invoicing questions or concerns for the customer.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
NorthStar utilizes a gate and checkpoint system to ensure quality through every phase of the project. This includes quality planning, quality training, quality testing, and finally
quality delivery.
. ..... .........................
4.
