NORTHISTARm <br />With our Enterprise Service Bus, NorthStar uses API's to interface with other external systems, these include <br />payment processors like Paymentus and Invoice Cloud, many financial systems like Great Plains, Oracle and <br />SAP. <br />Further details can be found in NorthStar's Implementation Methodology, in the next question. <br />3.10 Implementation Approach <br />This project will follow the best practices outlined in the NorthStar Utilities Solutions Customer Information <br />System (CIS): Implementation Methodology Guide. <br />Our Implementation Methodology Guide has been developed and refined by NorthStar Utilities Solutions' <br />staff over the course of more than 200 CIS individual projects in various lines of business in private, NGO and <br />public sectors. The NorthStar Utilities Solutions CIS Implementation Methodology is based on Enterprise <br />Software Implementation Best Practices and improved by NorthStar Utilities Solutions' Continual <br />Improvement Process which focuses on lessons learned as well as PMP and CIS industry best practices. <br />Moreover, NorthStar Utilities Solutions CIS Solution Delivery personnel are highly trained and experienced <br />professionals whose primary objective is to ensure that our client's implementation is successful. <br />The Implementation Methodology (as outlined below) is NorthStar Utility Solutions' standard foundation for <br />the implementation of an Enterprise CIS solution. The project phases within the NorthStar's Implementation <br />Methodology are a logical organization of the work combined with NorthStar's risk reduction strategy. The <br />conclusion of each phase is used as a checkpoint and provides the opportunity for the client and NorthStar <br />to evaluate the quality and progress of the implementation. For this reason, NorthStar Utilities Solutions <br />requests a formal acceptance signoff for each phase prior to proceeding to the next phase.
