As an example, phasing out the legacy <br />system can be done in several ways; without completing our Planning and Scoping/Discovery phase, it would <br />not be prudent to suggest a specific phase out strategy. <br />NorthStar has a very adaptable implementation methodology that allows for unexpected events. and <br />challenges. During our Planning and Scoping phase, the solution is reviewed and any required <br />customizations will be identified and discussed with the customer. It is important to bring all items to the <br />customer and ensure they understand the implications of customizations to their solution, maintenance.and <br />upgrade path. NorthStar considers customizations as a last resort, but in certain circumstances, a <br />customization provides the most fitting solution. In these cases, our expert knowledge of the NorthStar <br />product and extensive experience in working with it allows us to design the best solution for the customer's <br />needs. We have a team of 8 working solely on integrations and customizations.
