WEM= <br />Management, and Inventory Management. The solution included 5 courses that were delivered <br />as synchronous online sessions to approximately 150 users across in US, EMEA, and APAC. <br />• Maryland National Capital' Planning and Parks Commission (MNCPPC) — As the Training <br />Project Manager for this Infor EAM implementation, Mr. Nicolau managed the curriculum <br />design, development, and delivery of the Comm i ssion -wide training program that consisted of <br />a blended learning solution (elearning and instructor led courses) covering all major EAM <br />functional areas: Work Order Management, Assets, Inventory, and Projects. Mr. Nicolau also <br />participated in delivering the EAM training program (8 courses) to approximately 700 end users. <br />• Highmark Healthcare - Mr. Nicolau served as the Program Manager for the enterprise -wide <br />implementation of the Affordable Care Act reform -related training. He coordinated training <br />course development and deployment efforts related to the nationwide healthcare reform <br />implementation in close collaboration with Highmark stakeholders to deliver both instructor -led <br />and, eLearning courses to over 2,,000 employees. Mr. Nicolau also worked with the Highmark <br />Learning Group to measure training rollout impact by collecting training evaluation, results. <br />• National Grid - Mr. Nicolau served as the Lead Trainer for the HCM Portal implementation for <br />ESS/MSS. He developed several eLearning courses on timesheet and expense, report <br />management. Mr,. Nicolau provided extensive post -go live support and folilow-up training on <br />ESS/MSS as well as provided support and coaching on how to use eLearning development <br />tools. <br />• Yeshiva University— Mr. Nicolau managed development of an Oracle BI training curriculum that <br />included reporting workshop presentation, job aids, exercises, and reference materials. He also <br />provided training and coaching in how to use the ANCILE uPerform tool,. <br />• Bridgestone — Mr. Nicolau was the training Project Manager for a post Go -Live support and <br />stabilization effort that covered SAP Order to Cash, functionality: SD, MM, Logistics Execution <br />(LE), IM and WM,. IHe also developed and delivered executive overview presentations to C-level <br />management as part of OCM implementation. In addition, he delivered SAP Overview and <br />Navigation courses to over 200 users as part of post Go -Live training efforts. <br />• Turner Construction — Mr. Nicolau was the training project manager for this SAP construction <br />industry solution implementation. He managed a team of 8 developers and supported <br />development and delivery of SAP courses in the areas of PS, SD, MM, CRIVI, HR, and FI/CO. <br />He also managed the OCM communications effort that covered designing, developing, and <br />implementing a communications strategy to the Turner endl user community. <br />• Jones Apparel Group — Mr. Nicoliau was the training project manager for an SAP Apparel and <br />Footwear industry solution implementation. He managed a team of 10 developers through the <br />entire project life cycle that included planning, analysis, design, development, and delivery. He <br />also worked with the client to develop communication pieces in support of the ERP <br />implementation. <br />• Bank of America — Mr. Nicolau served as the senior training consulting resource at Bank of <br />America HQ supporting BoA's SAP rollout for North America. He developed GL courses for <br />virtual delivery, supported training delivery, coachedi users in using ANCILE uPerform, advised <br />on training development best practices, and also acted as the data lead for the training <br />environment. <br />• Siemens and Bombardier — Mr. Nicolau, worked on the Siemens and Bombardier projects in <br />Germany, where the developed training materials for Asset Management and Controlling using <br />ANCILE uPerform, <br />:1 14 <br />
