Proposed Solution
Advisory packages are called Jump Starts and range |nduration from four (4) weeks to eight (8) weeks
depending on the complexity of the solution, the number of customer locations, the number of end users,
etc. We do require an OCM Lead and a Training Lead from the customer for Change Management and
End User Training execution activities.
Our collaborative solution assumes the customer has the requisite resources to execute the strategy —
OCM and Training Leads, as well as training developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) who can add
content and context to the training program. SMEs typically participate in Train -the -Trainer activities and
are responsible for training delivery totheir employees.
The Infer Ownership model still assumes the customer will provide Change and Training leads, but all the
development ofthe end user training program will be the responsibility oflnfVr. Infer will deliver Train -the -
Trainer services to designated SMEs who will then deliver end user training to their employees. I nfor can
do the training delivery-, however, we recommend as a best practice, that our customers deliver their end
user training aothis will pay dividends when you are in mumda|mment mode.
Proposed Organizational Change Management (OCK&) Jump Start
Infer proposes enOCMJump Start nf staffed bvomOCW1Principal Consultant,
beginning in, the Inception Phase.
