COGSDALE SCHEDULER <br />Cogsdale worked with clients in the development of Scheduler, to manage work across the <br />organization. Scheduling and tracking employee activities has traditionally been very manual or <br />handled through, a separate work order system from the CIS system where the request <br />originated. <br />Scheduler is designed to provide graphical scheduling, work management and dispatching <br />functionality for customer service representatives, supervisors, crews, employees and <br />dispatchers. Service Orders may be assigined to crews and employees from the service order <br />window; appointments may be scheduled for any internal or external tasks.
