FREE FORM SERVICE ORDER SCHEDULING <br />Each department maintains its own work schedule and controls setup decisions such as length <br />of workday, days of the week and appointment length. Free -form schedules allows service order <br />tasks to be scheduled at any time, with the length of time varying by task. Default completion <br />times can be entered and used to specify how long a task should take, based on the task or the <br />employee level. <br />�By providing a global view of available resources and current assignments, customer service <br />representatives and dispatchers can properly assign resources and redirect technicians to <br />priority jobs. To ensure that employees are not assigned to tasks they are not properly qualified <br />for, or during vacation time, Scheduler integrations with the HR modules. The bill to Ibe <br />adjusted is not voided; a credit is added to the account to adjust for the incorrect bill. As part of <br />this process, only one bill may be identified as the adjusted charge at a time. This may be a <br />historical or open bill. The consumption being credited on the account will be calculated based <br />on user selected meter readings. <br />
