NATHAN MACPHERSON <br />Nathan began his career with Cogsdale six years ago and is known as a reliable, hard worker, He <br />joined Cogsdale as a junior consultants and progressed to data conversion lead for several projects <br />implementing the Cogsdale solution. Nathan's understanding of report writing and SQL Scripting <br />allows him to translate complex data. He is also able to take this information to work with <br />stakeholders to help them understand the processes and make informed decisions. <br />During his career, Nathan has continued to gain experience as a database application specialist <br />where he implemented and supported a Microsoft Dynamics/Share Point system. Nathan has strong <br />technical skills in SQL Server Administration and ETL Procedures with Microsoft products. He has <br />worked on numerous platforms and has a strong understanding of SQL Server and ERP <br />environments. <br />CLIENT PROJECTS <br />Liberty Utilities is an independent water, natural gas and electric company providing local utility <br />management, service and support to small and mid -sized communities throughout the United States. <br />With more than half a million customers, Liberty Utilities provides a superior customer experience <br />through walk-in customer centers, locally focused conservation and energy efficiency initiatives as <br />well as programs for business and residential customers. <br />Liberty Utilities' multiple utility services and geographic regions have resulted in varying regulatory <br />requirements and business processes. Cogsdale CSM has provided Liberty Utilities with the needed <br />flexibility to support their operational needs. This has been achieved via both CSM's flexible setup <br />and the institution of CSM customizations. <br />Waterloo Water Works provides retail water to residents and businesses in Waterloo, Iowa as well <br />as several small adjacent communities such as Washburn and Raymond and to unincorporated <br />county customers, The mission of Waterloo Water Works is to provide adequate quantities of high <br />quality water to the citizens for domestic, industrial and fire protection purposes at the most <br />reasonable cost. A water -only utility, Waterloo Water Works also bills sewer, garbage, yard waste and <br />storm water on behalf of some of its customer communities, resulting in approximately 26,000 <br />customer accounts.
