THERESE ANTONINI <br />Therese joined Cogsdale as a Senior Consultant in 2012 and quickly became a valued resource <br />in developing and delivering effective reporting solutions. Therese is also a strong resource in <br />supporting clients through transition projects, providing training prior to cutover as well as onsite <br />support for customer -facing resources. Therese brings over 20 years' of proven experience in IT <br />and business project delivery to Cogsdale. Therese has provided reporting support to multiple <br />customers at Cogsdale, and has a strong commitment to high quality and timely delivery. <br />CLIENT PROJECTS <br />Liberty Utilities is an independent water, natural gas and electric company providing local <br />utility management, service and support to small and mid -sized communities throughout the <br />United States. With more than half a million customers, Liberty Utilities provides a superior <br />customer experience through walk-in customer centers, locally focused conservation and <br />energy efficiency initiatives as well as programs for business and residential customers. <br />Liberty Utilities' multiple utility services and geographic regions have resulted in varying <br />regulatory requirements and business processes. Cogsdale CSM has provided Liberty Utilities <br />with the needed flexibility to support their operational needs. This has been achieved via both <br />CSM's flexible setup and the institution of CSM customizations. <br />The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans has been serving citizens and protecting the <br />environment since 1899. Originally formed to combat disease by providing safe drinking water <br />and eliminating the health hazards of open sewer ditches, the Sewerage and Water Board of <br />New Orleans continues to deliver the highest quality service to its customers. The Sewerage <br />and Water Board provides water and sewerage service to approximately 110,000 customers as <br />well as sanitation billing to 80,000 customers. The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans <br />set out to find a system that would streamline business processes, allow them to implement <br />industry best -practices and enhance reporting capabilities to support its long-term needs.
