ADVANCED <br />L} T F L 3 T Y S Y S T E M S <br />Phase 7— Reports Development and Delivery <br />A specification/mockup will be created for review and acceptance by the City for reports <br />identified as custom in the Reports Discovery phase and documented by Advanced in the <br />Reports Analysis Spreadsheet. <br />Custom reports will be developed and delivered by Advanced once the City has signed off <br />on the specifications. Any custom reports not identified at the Reports Discovery will be <br />recognized as out of scope and follow the Change Order Process, <br />hnfinity.BI will be installed and deployed on the City's servers. Once the solution is <br />deployed, end users will be able to view standard reports and dashboards, and drill down <br />through standard data hierarclies. <br />Phase 8 -- Interface/Modification Delivery <br />Configurable Interface Delivery <br />Once a configuration type interface has been configured, unit tested and reviewed internally <br />by Advanced for quality assurance purposes, the City will be notified that the interface is <br />ready to be released and available for testing. Advanced will roll out the interfaces remotely <br />via WebEx according to a mutually agreed schedule. <br />Modified Software and Interface Delivery <br />Once each of the modified interface/software has been developed, unit tested and reviewed <br />internally by Advanced for quality assurance purposes and successfully compiled, the City <br />will be notified that the interface/modification is ready to be released and deployed in the <br />City's environment through an executable or build. Advanced will roll out the <br />modifications either onsite or remotely via WebEx according to a mutually agreeable <br />schedule. <br />Phase 9 -- Software Testing <br />Advanced will support all software testing through a combination of onsite support, remote <br />support and WebEx online support. Validated testing criteria will be used to determine if <br />the testing phase is complete and the system is ready for the next cycle of testing. The <br />Advanced PM will provide the City with generic test scripts. Modification of test scripts to <br />match the City's specific business scenarios is the responsibility of the City, From the test <br />scripts the City will create an ITC Plan (Integration Testing Cycle), and User Acceptance <br />Test (UAT) Plan. <br />Phase 10 — End User Training <br />Advanced will provide CIS Infinity End User training to the City to secure a working <br />knowledge of CIS Infinity. As part of the Training Plan, Advanced will work with the City <br />to jointly create the appropriate Training Matrices (part of the Training Plan) that will <br />identify classes and the Advanced and City staff attendance needs. <br />City of South Bend, Indiana 37 <br />
