ADVANCED <br />U T N L 0 T X S V S T E M 5 <br />Each End User training session will have an attendance sheet that matches the End User <br />training schedule. Once each session is complete, the City will sign -off on a Training Session <br />Sign -off Form signifying that the training session has been completed. <br />Phase 11 — Cott -Over Plan/Go/No Go Criteria <br />The City will assist Advanced in the construction of Co/No-Go criteria, These criteria shall <br />be used to determine whether or not to proceed to Phase 1.2 - Transition to Live, Criteria <br />shall be measured on a weekly basis starting no later than the commencement of User <br />Acceptance "Testing. When all criteria are met, the City shall issue formal authorisation to <br />proceed with the Cut -Over Plan to production. <br />The Advanced PM will develop a Cut -Over Plan throughout the lifecycle of the project in <br />preparation for a final transition to live. This plan details the steps and responsibilities for <br />Advanced and the City to transition the CIS Solution to the City's production (live) <br />environment, <br />Phase 12 — Transition to Live <br />The cuutover to live will occur over a weekend and will be coordinated by the Advanced PM <br />and the City's staff. <br />The transition to live will have a new and final data conversion in which the data validation <br />parameters, bill codes, rate mapping and transaction codes will all be approved by the City <br />and the Advanced PM. <br />Phase 13 — Post Go Live <br />Advanced will assist the City throughout the post live implementation phase to identify and <br />respond to any needs and concerns. During the Post Co Live period, Advanced will supply, <br />as per the agreement, a combination of onsite, remote, and WebEx online support to ensure <br />a smooth transition to support. <br />City of Soauth.
