ADVANCED <br />V T 3 L 1 T Y S Y S T E M S <br />Phase 3 — interface/Modification Discovery & Specification <br />Advanced will conduct a remote or onsite Interface/Modification Discovery Analysis <br />Workshop. <br />Advanced will review with the City all modified software and interfaces to be developed in <br />CIS infinity. <br />Advanced will create a detailed Business Requirements Document (BRD) and a Use Case <br />Document for each development interface and modification requiring development for <br />review and acceptance by the City. <br />Advanced will review the documentation with the City remotely and update as required. <br />Advanced will, when mutually agreed as beneficial for specific modifications, demonstrate <br />prototypes of modification to the City for feedback prior to delivery. <br />Phase 4 — Other Discoveries <br />Reports Discovery <br />The City will complete a reports template that will outline all the required CIS reports <br />needed to support their business. Advanced will perform an analysis to review the City's <br />CIS Infinity and Infinity.BI reporting requirements. Advanced will work with the City to <br />align each required report to an already existing report in CIS Infinity and Infinity.Bl. <br />Any required report that does not have a standard report match or has not been identified <br />below as a required custom report, will be considered out of scope and will follow the <br />Change Order process. The City will need to provide the logic to complete these reports. <br />Bill Print Discovery <br />Advanced will conduct a remote Bill Print Discovery Workshop. This workshop will be led <br />by Advanced to review of all bill print types, notices and receipts including e-bills <br />(Infinity.Link). <br />The City outsources it bill print to a third -party vendor. Advanced will replicate the third <br />party vendor's layout for the bill print, so that the City can m-print these documents in <br />house if desired. Advanced will produce a Bill Print Specification which include simulated <br />screen shots for review and acceptance by the City. <br />Infinity.Link Discovery <br />Advanced will conduct an onsite or remote Infinity.Link Discovery Workshop. This <br />workshop will be led by Advanced with the purpose of reviewing the City's Infinity.Link <br />customer web requirements including a detailed review of the City's business rules and <br />technical environment. <br />Prior to the start of the Infinity.Link technical workshop, the City will complete the <br />Infinity.Link Checklist provided by Advanced. <br />Advanced will deliver an Infinity.Link Discovery Document that will include the Technical <br />Checklist. <br />City of South Send, Indiana 35 <br />
