G. lyray, filed the Final estimate for the <br />pavement of the west j of Logan Street from Mishawake Avenue to Jefferson Blvdc j. under <br />Improvement Resolution iTo.232I in the amount of $16,623.59. The Board signed same <br />in said amount. <br />City Engineer, H. G. dray, filed the primary assessment roll <br />for the pavement of the west one half of Logan Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Jeffer- <br />son Boulevard. under Improvement Resolution 14o.232I. <br />In the above named assessment mll, the Board, hereby'. orders <br />that on the 23rd., day of July I9301, this Bofrd'will meet in their office in the City <br />Hall at 7-I5 P. M. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property <br />has been assessed fo r said improvement and wi 11 d ec id e whethe r the severa l lots and <br />parcels of land have been or will be b encfited in the amounts shown on said assessment <br />roll cm in a greater or less stun than that shoc:n on said roll. Walsh. <br />The board a pproved a drive way f cr filling station at the <br />corner of Elder and Michigan Streets and also at the vorner of Lincoln Way West and <br />Harrison Avenue owned by The Texas Company. <br />No petitions having been filed for a change in the type of <br />avement other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of Olive <br />treet from Lincoln Way West to Elwood Avenue under Improvement Hes olut ion No.2367, <br />the Board this Ist., day of July, I930, hereby, makes a final order for concrete pave- <br />ment as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and awards the <br />contract for said imprvement to Gross Construction Company at their lour bid of <br />I5,677.30 for concrete pavement. <br />No petitions having been filed for <br />a change in the tyre -of <br />pavement other than that <br />specified <br />in the preliminary order <br />for the pavement of Kerslake <br />Court_' fr�on 23rd. , "Street <br />to ' 25th . , <br />Street under Improvement <br />Resolut ion No.2366, the <br />Board this Ist., day of <br />July, I930, <br />hereby, males a final order for concrete pavement <br />as the type of pavement <br />with which <br />said street shall be improved and awards the contract <br />for -said improvement to <br />Gross Construction Company at their <br />low bid of „3,221.95 for <br />c on cre to pave me nt . <br />No petitions having been filed for a change in the type of pavE <br />meat other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of Humboldt <br />Street from Alen street to Biamon Street under Improvement Resolution No.2357, the <br />Board this Ist., day of July 1930, hereby makes a final cfrder for sheet asphalt pavement <br />as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and awards the con- <br />tract for said improvement to Albert Constriction Company at their low bid of $5,079.00 <br />for sheet asphalt pavement. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the plans and <br />estimates for Grade Separation under I4ofzf:ied.
