Tuesday, July Ist. , 1930. 35 1q. Board met in regularr -session at 9 A. M. All members present. Minutes of meetings held June 24th. , 1930, read and approved. City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the Board adopted said plans and specifications together with the following improve ment resolutions Improvement Resolution No.2378 for the grade, curb- and walk improvement on the North side of 1 ishawalm Avenue from Longfellow Avenue to the east line of Lot 1015 in -�unnymede 4th. , Addition. In all of the above named improvement resolutions,: the Board, hereby, orders tha t on the 2 3rd. , day of July 1930 , this Board will meet in their off ice in the City Fall at 7-15 P. M.. to hear end receive remonstrances from all persons whose pro- • i perty is liable to be assessed for said improverents and will decide whether the bene- fits to the several lots and parcels of land liable tD be assessed for said improvements will be equal to the estimated costs of same as reported by the City Engineer. Fristoe of 1129 South Lafayette Street, the !i Board granted him the privilege of it ing' the northwest corner of Michigan and Sample Streets and also the northwest corner of Michigan and Garst Streets for the purpose P of selling newspapers. This privilege was gP ge granted �;�.th the understanding that the consent of the occupants of both corners had been obtained by Mr. Tristoe. j The Board signed the contract with Whitcomb and Keller for the ga d ing of.
