Thompson." <br />March 29 th . , I9 30 . <br />To the President and. <br />Board. of Public w1orks <br />of the City of South end, Indiana. <br />Gentlemen: <br />Oliver Farm Ecquipment Company will cause to be lea sed to the City of South <br />Bend for automobile parking purposes, that certain vacant real estate lying 6outh of <br />the Colfax Avenge bridge; North of Washington street, East of Mill Street and West of <br />the West Side race now controlled by Oliver Fame Equipment Company, subject to an <br />easement for ingress to and egress from the hydro -electric power plant of Oliver F,rm <br />Equipment pCompany located on the resent west race. <br />Such lease will be for a period of two years with an option to the lessee <br />for renewal for an additional two years.
