<br />� In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders
<br />that on the I7th. , day of Lecembe r 1929 , this -board grill meet in their office in the
<br />I! City hall at I0:00 A. r;-., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose pro-
<br />nerty has been affected by such va ca ti ons and will decide idie then the several lots and
<br />jparcels of land heve been or will be benefited or damaLzed in the amounts shown on said
<br />assessmant rolls. The Bo rd further orders that notices of said hearings together with
<br />the amounts of damages and the assessments of benefits, shall be delivered to all proper,
<br />owners according to law.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment loll showing
<br />th awarc.s of darrp.ges and assessmnts of benefits for the vacation of Brookfield Street
<br />• from Washington Avenue to a point 198 feet south under Vace tion i esolttion ho.2296,
<br />in the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no
<br />written remonstrances were f iled and the Board, being fully advized in the premises,
<br />fines that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the
<br />amounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore , takes final action onsaid
<br />assessnent roll and declares same in all things ratified, confgrma3d. and approved and the
<br />street vacated and the proceedings closed.
