The board pay roll claims for various department s in the amount of 6,037.02 and hereby artiers City controller to pay same. The hoard pay roll claims in connection with Track Elevation in the amount of 1433.33 and heTeby orders City Controller to pay same out of Track Elevation fund The Board instructed City � ngine er , H. C . Wray, to prepare plans and a resolution for the widening of Division "treet between Taylor Street and Olive Street, so that action any be taken on this major project at the earliest possible date Meeting adjourned at II-30 A. The Board also ipproved the construction bond of same in the amount cf 500 of the contract price signed by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New ew York. . The Boar, signed the contract+ith E. T • Tranberg for the pavement of the alley east of Miami `'treet from Victoria Street to Altgeld Street, under Impro vement Resolution No.2297 in the amount of $892.30. The Board also approved the - construction bond of same for 5O0 of the contract price signed by Fidelity and Casualt Comp ^ny of New York. The Board signed the contract wit-u'1illiam H.
