<br />assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, the hoard fiT.ds that the

<br />benefited in the amounts shown on said assessment roll and the Board, therefore , decides to take final action on said primary assessment roll and declares same in
<br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings I

<br />In the above named assessment roll, Christian Valz remonstrated
<br />against the amount of his assessment in this improvement a-nd the hoard after hearing
<br />all n arsons interested in said assessment roll, decides to continue hearing until
<br />Tuesday, hovember 26th., I9292 Pt I0:00 A. IT.

<br />for the Sub -Trunk Sewer in Eckman Street under Improvement resolution klo.2279.
<br />In the above named assessment roll the hoard decides to contini
<br />hearing Tuesday u.esday jNoverber 26th., I929, at I0:00, or until the contractor makes
<br />some satisfactory arrangement with the hoard in the matter of repairing or replacing
<br />the pavement on South -Main Street, which was damaged during the construction of said
<br />Eckaman Street Sewer.
