This being the date set, c ont inued nearing was had on Vacation Kesolutio No.2276 for the Vacation of the alley east of Sunnysice Avenue from Sorin Street to north line of alley south of So�"in Street. (See files for copy of i-esolution. ) In the above named vacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared and 1 no written remonstrance was filed and the board, therefore, decides to take final actin on said Vacation resolution lq'o.2276 and declares same in all things ratified confirmed anc approved and the alley va cat ed.
