<br />1concrete pavement light traffic as the type of pavement with which said alley shall be
<br />!improved and awards the contract for said improvement to E. T. Tranberg at his low bid
<br />lof 2,231.07.

<br />his 20th. , day of Novembe r 1929 , hereby makes a fine l order for concrete pavement light
<br />reffic as the type of pavement with which said alley shall be improved and awards the
<br />ontra ct for said improvement to E. T. Tranberg at his low bid of 892,30 for light traffi
<br />oncrete pavement.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.2311
<br />!for the grade, curb and walk off} Ruskin Street from alley west of Clover Street to Oakla�.

<br />In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators appeared. but
<br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Boardt being fully advised in the premises, fin
<br />than the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said
<br />improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer,
<br />The Board, therefore, decid es ' to take final action on said improvement resolution and
<br />;declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification,
<br />This being the & to set, hearing was had on Improvement resolution Dlo.23IO
<br />for the pavement of the alley west of Cushing Street from A point 132 feet south of Grand
<br />;View Avenue to a point I62.7I feet north of Oak Street. (see files for copy of resolutio, )
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, one remonstrator appeared but
<br />no -written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being; fully advised in the premises
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of, land liable to be assessed for
<br />said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City
<br />Engineer. The Board, therefore, .decides to take final action on said improvement resolu-
<br />tion Xo.2310 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without
<br />modification.

<br />In the above named assessment roll, a written remonstrance was filed
<br />by L. W. Hammond, attorney for Matthew B. Hammond, protesting against the amount of
<br />• i the assessrmnt against lot #3I0 in the second plot of Roseland Park. After hee.ring all
<br />!persons interested in said assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, the
<br />'.Board decides to over rule said written remonstrance and finds that the several lots and
<br />parcels of land which have been assessed for said. improvement _have been benefited in the
<br />amounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on
<br />'said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
