Tranberg Hoban & Roach <br />892.30 980.10 <br />Bids having been received for the pavement of the alley north of LaSalle <br />I venue from Scott Street to west line of Lot #7 Keefers sub under Improvement -resolution <br />• 1,To.2298, the Board this20th. , dey of 1Vovember 1929, hereby, makes a final order for <br />1concrete pavement light traffic as the type of pavement with which said alley shall be <br />!improved and awards the contract for said improvement to E. T. Tranberg at his low bid <br />lof 2,231.07. <br />Bias having been received for the pavement of the alley east of Miami Stree <br />rom. Victoria Street to Altge ld Street under Improvement Resolution No. 2297, the Board'!,.. <br />his 20th. , day of Novembe r 1929 , hereby makes a fine l order for concrete pavement light <br />reffic as the type of pavement with which said alley shall be improved and awards the <br />ontra ct for said improvement to E. T. Tranberg at his low bid of 892,30 for light traffi <br />oncrete pavement. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.2311 <br />!for the grade, curb and walk off} Ruskin Street from alley west of Clover Street to Oakla�. <br />'Street. (See files for copy' of resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators appeared. but <br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Boardt being fully advised in the premises, fin <br />than the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said <br />improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer, <br />The Board, therefore, decid es ' to take final action on said improvement resolution and <br />;declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification, <br />This being the & to set, hearing was had on Improvement resolution Dlo.23IO <br />for the pavement of the alley west of Cushing Street from A point 132 feet south of Grand <br />;View Avenue to a point I62.7I feet north of Oak Street. (see files for copy of resolutio, ) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, one remonstrator appeared but <br />no -written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being; fully advised in the premises <br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of, land liable to be assessed for <br />said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City <br />Engineer. The Board, therefore, .decides to take final action on said improvement resolu- <br />tion Xo.2310 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without <br />modification. <br />i <br />This being the data set, hearings were had on the following assessment <br />;'rolls <br />iI <br />Assesam, ent roll for the pavement o f the alley south of Milton street from <br />High &_'treet <br />to -Dale Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2289. <br />j <br />Assessment roll for the walk and curb improvement- on Tasher Avenue from <br />Michigan Street <br />to Main Street under Improvement Resolution 1�0.2303.- <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Fremont Street from Lincoln Way West <br />!to <br />Humboldt <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.2259 . <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Lebanon Street from <br />• <br />Broadway to <br />Indiana Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2268. <br />IMP X:kXkffXa±XkjaMXkffX <br />Assessnent roll for the pavement on Grace Street from Olive Street to <br />Kiley Street <br />under Improvement Resolution iNo.2264. <br />Assessment roll for, the local sewer improvement in B radix -Drive from <br />Vlashington Avenue <br />to Ist. , alley north of -Division `'treet and Jefferson St., from Liberty <br />!'street <br />to B <br />ndiK -Drive under Improvement Resolution No.2I54. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and <br />ino <br />written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />• j <br />finds that the <br />several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown <br />Ion <br />said assessment <br />rolls. The Board, therefore , decides to take final action on said <br />assessrmnt rolls <br />and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without <br />modification <br />and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls <br />!delivered <br />to <br />the Department of Finance. <br />, <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on assessment roll for the ,pave- <br />Iment <br />of Fox <br />Street from Leer Street to Sampson Street under Improvement Resolution No, <br />2224. <br />In the above named assessment roll, a written remonstrance was filed <br />by L. W. Hammond, attorney for Matthew B. Hammond, protesting against the amount of <br />• i the assessrmnt against lot #3I0 in the second plot of Roseland Park. After hee.ring all <br />!persons interested in said assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, the <br />'.Board decides to over rule said written remonstrance and finds that the several lots and <br />parcels of land which have been assessed for said. improvement _have been benefited in the <br />amounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on <br />'said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />
