<br />City Engineer, H. U. Wray, submitted the following Final :estimates
<br />which were approved and signed by the .hoard:
<br />Final :estimate for the pavement improvement on Prairie Avenue
<br />from Webster Street to Grant Street under Improvement Resolution No.2275 in accordance
<br />with the contract between the City and the Albert Construction Com-corny, in the amount
<br />of $281528,59.
<br />Final .Estimate for the pavement improvement on Huey Street from
<br />Lincoln Way West to Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution 1�o.2260, in accordance
<br />with the terms of the contract between the City and the Albert Construction Company,
<br />in the amount of $PI91309,3I.
<br />Final .estimate for the pavement improvement on Michigan Street
<br />from south line of South. Street to point 173 feet south under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.2242, in accordance with the terms oe the contract between the City and Rieth-Miley
<br />Construction gompany, in the amount of �5,667,27,
<br />Final Estimate for the pavement improvement on Marrietta. Street
<br />from Sample Street to (the alley south of Sample Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />Vo.2239, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Rieth-Riley
<br />Construction Company, in the amount of $I1483.05.
<br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed the primary assessment roll .for
<br />the pavement improvement on Marietta Street from Sample Street to alley south of Sample
<br />Street under Improvement Resolution :No.2239,
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that
<br />on the 26th. , day of November 1929 , this Board will meet in their office at 10:00 A. M.
<br />to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for
<br />said improvement and will decide whether the severp.l lots and parcels of land have been
<br />or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. The Board further orders that
<br />notices be mailed to property owners according to law.
<br />City engineer, H. G. array, filed the primary assessment roll for
<br />the pavement of Michigan ►street from south line of South Street to a point I73 feet
<br />south under Improvement Resolution No.2242. i
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby,, orders that,
<br />on the 26th. , day of November 1929 , this Board will meet in their office in the City '
<br />Hall at I0:00 A. Idl., to heir and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
<br />has been assessed f car said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and
<br />parcels of land have been or w ill be benefited in the amounts shown on said roll or in
<br />a greater or less sum than that shown on said roll. The .board further orders that
<br />notices of said hearings shall be mailed to property owners according to law.

<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board. hereby orders that

<br />Hall at 7-I5 P. M- , to he�:r and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
<br />has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and
<br />parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said roll. The
<br />Board further orders thet notices of said hearing shall be published on the 29th. , day
<br />of November and on the 30th., day of November I929, in the bouth trend News Times and
<br />Tribune according to law and that notices be mailer_ to property owners according to
