Wray, filed the Final Estimate for the heavy traffic <br />sheet asphalt pave: ent improvement on Yain L'treet from Fairview "_venue to the alley <br />south of odds ide Street, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City <br />and the Williston Oonstruction L'ompany, contractors, under Improvement Resolution No. <br />2226. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of ')26,I65.23 <br />• City Engineer, H. Wray, City Civil Engineer. fr <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following primary assessmen <br />rolls: <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the crest of4rnsperger Street from <br />Lincoln allay last to Diver Avenue under Improve.­^ent Resolution 1:Io.2I76. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of Beyer Avenue from Eddy Street to Mishawak <br />Avenue under Improvement Resolution Ne.225I. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the alley south of Monroe street from <br />Carroll Street to Ist. , alley west under Improvement Resolution No.2249. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the alley north of LaSalle Avenue from <br />Scott Street to Taylor Street under Improvement Resolution No.2237. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the alley east of Lincoln slay East from <br />.,'onroe Street to Arch Avenue una er Improvement Resolution No.2236. <br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and wal'c improvement on Campeau Street <br />.from east line of Par- Place to 3arriett Street under Improvement Resolution TJo.2233. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of Bendix Drive from Division Street to <br />Sample Street under Improvement Resolution No.2229. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement resurface of VanBuren Street from Cushing <br />Street to Portage rivenue under Improvement Resolution Xo.2I75. <br />In all of the above named dssessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no -written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shodw <br />on said assessment rolls. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment <br />rolls and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modifica <br />tion and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered <br />to the department of Finance. <br />The 3oard approved the"uarantee Bond of R. "l. Reed & Sons for the pavement <br />of the west 1 of Lrns-oerger Street u der Improvement -resolution No.2I76 in the amount <br />of 459.29 signed by Southern Surety ompany. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee .Bond of Joseph Bothwell for the local s ewer <br />• ! improvement in Olive ''treet from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street under Improvement <br />Resolution No.2233 in the amount of 242.39 signed by Columbia Casualty Co. <br />
