<br />Petitions having been filed for a change in the type of pavement
<br />for the improvement of Lebanon Street from B,,oadway to Indiana Avenue under Improve-
<br />ment Resolution No.2268, the Board this 4th., day of aeptember, I929, hereby makes
<br />a final order for., sheet asphalt light traffic pavement as the t7rTe of pavement with
<br />which said street shall be improved and awards the contract for said improvement to
<br />Albert Construction Company at their lo:r bid of t4,55I.42 for sheet asphalt.
<br />Petition having been filed by a majority of resident property
<br />owners for a change in the t.rpe of pavement other than that specified in the prelim-
<br />inary order for the pavement of Huey Street from Lincoln Fray 'jest to Elwood Avenue
<br />under Improvement Resolution No.2260, the Board this 4th., day of September 1929,
<br />hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt pavement heavy traffic as the type of
<br />pavement with :ihich said street shall be improved and awards the contract for said
<br />improvement to Premier Construction Company at their lour bid of 22,894.I0 for sheet
<br />asphalt.
