The Board, therefore, <br />'! decides to take final. acti on on saki _assessment roll and declares same in all things <br />ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The <br />;i Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of. Finance. <br />City Engineer, H. G. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement restolution a written remonstrance eras filed <br />and the Board after hearing all persons interested in said improvement and being fully <br />advised in the premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of I <br />land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the. estimated cost' of <br />ii same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board therefore decides to take final action! <br />on said resolution and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />The Board now orders said remonstrance delivered to the Department of Engineering for <br />a check on the resident property owners.. <br />In the -matter of the pavement of Liberty street under Improvement Resolution) <br />No.2246, the Board orders that on the 6th. , day of August, I929, they will receive, open <br />and read sealed proposals for the construction of said improvement up to I0:00: A.
