G , Wray, filed the primary assessment r 11 for the local sewer imDrovemen.t on Fremont Street from Hukboldt Street .to Awood Ivenne under Improvement Resolution No.22I8. in th above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 7th. ,. day -Of ugust, I929, this Board -will meet in their office in the City Hall, at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and redeive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the s everal lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amount s named on said primary roll, or in a greater or less spun than that named on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published on the 26th. , dsy Of July and on the. 2nd., day. of August 19299, in the South Bend Mews times and Tribune according. to law. The Board signed the contract With Hoban and Roach for the pavement of the alley north of LaSalle Avenue from Taylor Otreet to Scott Street under Improve- ment Resolution No.2237 inthe amount of I275.250 The Board also approved the construct. ion bond of same for 504 of the contract price signed by Southern Surety fro. This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess- ment rolls! Assessment roll for the sewer improvement on Olive Street from Lincoln tNay West to Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution No..2I43. Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Catalpa Avenue from south Line Cotter Street to south line S. J. S. B., and -S. R. R. under Improvement Resolution No. 2I6I. Assessment roll for the pavement improvement of Miner Street 'from east line Madison Park Addition to west line of Harriett Street under Improvement 'Resolution No.2I63. In all of the above named assessment 'rolls, no remonstrators Appeared and. no written remonstrances were filed .and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said primary assessment rolls, and declares same in all things ratified'' confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and and written remonstrances having been_'filed under date of July 9th. , I929, the Board, being fully advised in the premises; d6o'Ide@ to over rule said remonstrance and finds that the s.everalo lots and parcels of lad bave been benefited in the amounts named on.said primary assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and .approved without modification and the proceedings closed.
