ASAP agrees to report to the City, in writing, any changes, additions, or deletions from the company's tow truck fleet <br />used under this contract. <br />It-1 Nowo <br />Per resolution addendum — issued September 1, 2016 ASAP Towing & Recovery understands the importance of timely <br />service in emergency situations. <br />® The company agrees to give priority to all city removal requests and has dedicated, as outlined, in equipment <br />provisions three trucks for city removal services. <br />The company will respond to all city removal requests within the twenty minute time frame outlined. <br />ASAP Towing & Recovery agrees to clean-up any debris, spill, or hazards from accident scenes and removal <br />services to ensure the area is safe for continued use of the roadway at the tow site. <br />The company adheres to federal guidelines for clean-up and disposal of all hazardous materials. <br />All ASAP Towing & Recovery trucks include the following equipment to further ensure safety: <br />o Debris removal equipment, consisting of: Two oversized containers, a broom, shovel, fluid absorbent <br />(Floor-dri), safety chains, and emergency beacons. <br />ASAP Towing & Recovery owns and operates two adjacent commercial properties. In an attempt to better serve <br />our customers both ASAP properties are conveniently located within the city limits, on the local South Bend City <br />bus line, and within five miles of the South Bend Police Department where customers will pick up vehicle release <br />forms. <br />o 1906 S. Olive Street - houses the main office, indoor storage facilities, and outdoor storage. <br />2010 S. Olive Street — is an additional storage lot and also houses minimal room for indoor storage <br />® ASAP Towing & Recovery can house fifteen passenger size vehicles within the indoor storage facility and two <br />hundred passenger vehicles in the outdoor lot located at 1906 S. Olive Street, <br />ASAP Towing & Recovery provides twenty-four hour indoor and outdoor monitoring and surveillance of both <br />storage facilities using the following systems: <br />o Lot and indoor surveillance are monitored via the Swann Pro DVR system — benefits include <br />■ 24 hour DVR recording <br />a 16 Channel 960H Digital Video Recorder with pre -installed 5TB HDD <br />Remote access and smart viewing via Smartphone or computer <br />16 TVL line Cameras with H.264 recording technology and night vision capacity <br />n The Swann system has the capacity to hold seven days of twenty-four hour surveillance. <br />kk All recordings are transferred weekly to a USB drive and held for thirty days in case an incident is <br />reported. <br />o Additional twenty- four hour security <br />® 1906 S. Olive — is provided by Koorsen Fire & Security <br />2010 S. Olive — is provided by ADT <br />
