Some organizations desire <br />custom training guides based untheir specific system configurations and business processes, VVoo|pertproposes that <br />training miaterials consist of standard Cityworks training guides. with the appropriate modifications for the City's unique <br />system configurations. Woolpert will develop draft versions of the training materials and submit them, to the City team <br />for review. Woolpert will facilitate a joint review of the materials via WebEx, revise the materials pe,r City feedback, and <br />then submit the final version of the training materials, Woolpert believes that the most cost-effective method of end <br />user training for the City is to employ a train -the -trainer approach. Woolpert will train the system administrators and <br />several core team members who have already gained significant knowledge about the system throughout the callahora- <br />tive configuration workshops and user testing tasks.
