C. R. R. under Improvement Resolution No.2I89. j <br />i <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Carlisle. Street from '.1ashington Street <br />to Tinden Avenue under Improvement Resolution Edo.2I88. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Liston. Street from Walnut Street to <br />Studebaker Street under Imrrovement Resolution No.2I70. <br />Assessment roll for the grade curb and walk improvement on 'pntucky street <br />from Division 'treet to Ford street; on r'ord Street from Kentueky Street to Ioym Street <br />and on'i. Division street "rom-entucky Street to Ist. , alley cast under Imrrovement <br />Resolution No.2148. <br />In all of the abov- eared assessment roll,s the Board hereby orders that <br />or. the IOth. , day of July I929, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall <br />at 7-I5 P. Y. , to he?r and receive remonstrances from all r.ersons whose property has <br />been assessed for said improvements and will decide nhether the se-reral lots and rarcel <br />of land have been or will.be benefited in the amount named on said primary assessment <br />rolls or in a greater or less sum than that named on said rolls. The Board further <br />orders that notices of said hearings -,shall be published on the 5th. , day of July and <br />on the 6th. , day of July I929, in the South Bend Nevis Times and Tribune according to <br />law. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the <br />grade, curb, wale and sewer on Corby Otreet from east line of 3rd. , Plat Par' Place <br />Addition to roint 156.2 feet east under Imrrovement Resolution Nlo.22I0. <br />In the above na:-r:ed assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no <br />written rer-onstrance was filed and the 3oard, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts <br />named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, ta'--es final action on said <br />roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceed- <br />ings closed.
