Arnberg T."olen Co <br />679.20 705.80 723.20 690.80 637.60 806.80 <br />Bids having been received for the construction of a local se,: -per in Fremont Street <br />between Humboldt 6treet and Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.22I8, the <br />Board this 4th., day of June 1929, hereby awards the contract for said improvement to <br />Joseph Rothwell at his lour bid of I,973.94. <br />Bids having been received for the construction of a local sewer in Ierwins?ci Street <br />between Broo1cfield ''treet and College Street under Improvement Resolution No.22I9, the <br />Board this 4th., day of June 1929, hereby awards the contract for said improvement to <br />Northsrrn Indiana Const. Co., at their low bid of 639.60. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll showing the awards <br />of damages and the assessments of benefits in the condemnation of a nart of 'dine Street a <br />for the approach to the Bridge under Condemnation Resolution No.22II. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the rremises, finds that the <br />several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts s'_own <br />on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment <br />roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modificatio <br />and the rroceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the <br />De-nartment of Finance. <br />City Engineer, H.
