Bids having been received for the construction of a local sewer in Ierwins?ci Street between Broo1cfield ''treet and College Street under Improvement Resolution No.22I9, the Board this 4th., day of June 1929, hereby awards the contract for said improvement to Northsrrn Indiana Const. Co., at their low bid of 639.60. This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll showing the awards of damages and the assessments of benefits in the condemnation of a nart of 'dine Street a for the approach to the Bridge under Condemnation Resolution No.22II. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the rremises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts s'_own on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modificatio and the rroceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the De-nartment of Finance. City Engineer, H.
