<br />lin the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Tr., to near and receive -remonstrances from all persons whose
<br />!property has been assessed for said improvement and will e d clde whether the several lots
<br />(land parcels of land have. been or will be benefited in'the amounts named on said roll or
<br />In a greater or less sum than that named oij said roll. The Board further orders that
<br />;notices of said hearing shall be published in the South Bend News Times and Tribune on
<br />ijthe 7th. , day of June and on the l4th. , day of June. 1929, according to law and that

<br />opening, widening and extension of � Linden n-lenye aid Bendix Drive for Highway purposes,
<br />which opening and widening will mace a highway which will be bounded by a line running as
<br />follows: to -wit:
<br />Beginning at a point 40 feet north of the intersection of the center line
<br />of Linden Avenue and the western corrorate limits of the city of South Bend; thence -
<br />running south 80 feet; thence east on a line parallel to the said center line of Linden
<br />.venue, to a point 52.68 feet east aiid 40 feet south of the northeast corner of the
<br />northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 9, Townhkip 37 North, Range 2 F,est,'
<br />in said City; thence to the right on a curve whose radius is 2392.69,feet, a distance of
<br />600.8 feet; thence south 65 degrees I6 minutes east, I0II.2 feet;. this line being Tarallel
<br />to and 610 feet from the south line of the right of way of the New York Central Railroad
<br />Company; thence to the left on a curve whose radius is 6I3.68 feet, a distance of 962.9
<br />feet; thence North 24 degrees 44 minutes east, 320.3I feet, to the center line of the
<br />first alley south of Linden Avenue in 'Caley's Second.Subdivision in said city; thence
<br />iitorth on a line rarallel to the centerline of Bendix Drive, and 40 feet distant there
<br />from, 142 feet to the south line of Linden Avenue; thence west 80 feet; thence south on
<br />i'a line parallel to the center line of said Bendix Drive I42 feet; thence South 24 degrees

<br />All as shown by a plat of such territory now on filed in the office of
<br />the Department of Public '3orks of said City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />The purpose of such appropriation is Highway purposes.
<br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th. , day of June and
<br />on the I4th., day of June I929 in the South Bend ["yews Times and Tribune according to law.
<br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 25th. , day of June, I929,I
<br />will heir and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these
<br />proceedings.
