<br />"Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot One (1) in the East lawn Addition'
<br />Ito the City of youth Bend, Indiana; thence west forty (401) feet; thence north three and
<br />-five tenths (3.51)' feet, thence south two hundred and ninety-six (2961) feet; thence
<br />southeasterly to the southwest corner of Lot thirty-nine (39) in said Zast Lawn Additio3h
<br />thence north two hundred seventy 12701) feet to the .place of beginning."

<br />In the above named vacation resolution No 2217 no remonstrators appeared, and
<br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises,
<br />decides to take final action on said vac-tion resolution and declares same in all `things
<br />ratified, confirmed and approved without-modiftcation.
<br />The Board now orders that-A.',11stor roll be prepared of all 'owners or holders
<br />of property and of valuable interests therein soughttobe taken, which list or roll
<br />shall also describe the property beneficially affected,

<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby orders that on the 4th.
<br />day of June 1929, this Board will meet in their office in the 0ity Hall at 10:00 A. V. , 1'

<br />beneficially or,injuriously by said vacation, and will decide whether the several lots'
